Roles and Responsibilities: Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud (Community Cloud), Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL REST/SOAP APIs and integration patterns Minimum 8 years of experience in Salesforce Cloud, with multi-year exposure to Data Cloud implementations. Hands-on expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP), data modelling, ingestion pipelines, and architecture design. Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning (LWC), integrations (REST/SOAP), and Integration tools like MuleSoft Familiar with data governance, privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA), and implementable controls. Certified credentials such as Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant, Data Architect, or Technical Architect. Strong problem-solver, with experience in Agile delivery, stakeholder collaboration, and technical mentoring. Roles & Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end solution delivery for Salesforce Data Cloud implementations-from discovery and impact analysis to design, deployment, and post-go-live support. Architect data models, ingestion pipelines, and data flows within Data Cloud, ensuring scalability, performance, and cost-effectiveness. Collaborate in client discovery workshops to define business-centric use cases and translate them into technical requirements. Mentor and guide developers, enforce best practices, conduct solution reviews, and ensure high code quality. Oversee integration between Data Cloud and external systems (CRM, ERP, marketing platforms) using REST/SOAP APIs and ETL tools. Create and manage architecture artifacts-data models, flow diagrams, consumption estimates, deployment plans, and cutover strategy. Implement and monitor data governance, security protocols, and compliance (e.g., GDPR, CCPA). Drive performance monitoring post-launch, proactively identify issues, and optimize system health. Prepare comprehensive documentation and provide training to support stakeholder adoption and ongoing optimization.
