What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand global talent needs and develop recruitment strategies

Proactively source and engage passive candidates while maintaining a strong candidate pipeline

Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including resume screening and initial interviews

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes to ensure a positive candidate experience

Utilize applicant tracking systems to manage candidate data and recruitment metrics

What is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum 8+ years of experience in a seasoned recruiter role or similar position

Proven track record in recruiting for senior leadership positions, particularly in technology and GTM functions

Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software

Bachelor's or master's degree in human resources or a related field

Excellent conversational and written English skills; additional European languages are advantageous

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience in a reputable executive search firm or organizations with a digital or technology focus

Strong networking skills and experience sourcing candidates through various channels

Familiarity with Success Factors ATS

Proficiency in MS Office tools and LinkedIn Recruiter

Experience using AI applications for enhanced recruitment processes
