What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum 8+ years of experience in a seasoned recruiter role or similar position
Proven track record in recruiting for senior leadership positions, particularly in technology and GTM functions
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
Bachelor's or master's degree in human resources or a related field
Excellent conversational and written English skills; additional European languages are advantageous
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in a reputable executive search firm or organizations with a digital or technology focus
Strong networking skills and experience sourcing candidates through various channels
Familiarity with Success Factors ATS
Proficiency in MS Office tools and LinkedIn Recruiter
Experience using AI applications for enhanced recruitment processes
