is hiring a
Level 2 Metal Installer
with hands‑on experience in
commercial metal installation . This mid‑level role is ideal for installers with
architectural metal, stainless steel, aluminum, or decorative metal experience
who can complete most installation tasks independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Metal Installation & Construction Work
Install
architectural metal, decorative metal, stainless steel, aluminum, panels, trim, brackets, and custom fabricated metal
Perform
commercial construction installation
tasks including:
Drilling, tapping, anchoring
Mounting, leveling, fastening
Light cutting and grinding
Field fitting and adjustments
Read and follow
shop drawings, blueprints, measurements, and layout plans
Unload, stage, protect, and prepare materials on job sites
Job Site & Field Support
Assist with
job site setup, tool prep, material handling, and cleanup
Support lead installers and foremen by completing assigned tasks efficiently
Track tools, hardware, and materials
Communicate installation or site issues early (missing materials, access issues, drawing conflicts)
Quality, Safety & Professionalism
Install work
plumb, level, secure, and protected
Follow finish protection and quality control standards
Use
ladders, power tools, hand tools, anchors, and PPE
safely
Participate in safety meetings and job hazard assessments
Maintain a clean, organized commercial job site
Interact professionally with
general contractors, superintendents, and other trades
Required Skills & Experience
1–3 year's experience
in
metal installation, architectural metal, carpentry, or commercial construction
Experience with
hand tools, power tools, and construction hardware
Ability to read
basic blueprints or shop drawings
Strong measuring and layout skills
Physically able to lift
50–75 lbs , climb ladders, and work on active construction sites
Dependable, punctual, and self‑motivated
Valid driver’s license
and reliable transportation
