Location: San Marcos, TX Compensation: Salary + Commission OTE: $80,000–$100,000
Divided Sky Roofing & Solar is hiring a motivated Field Sales Representative to handle appointments, inspections, and customer consultations throughout Central Texas.
This role combines base salary stability with strong commission upside.
Key Responsibilities
Run and generate appointments
Perform detailed roof inspections
Present roofing and solar solutions
Guide customers through the insurance claims process
Manage follow-up and close sales
Oversee projects through completion
Requirements
Sales experience preferred
Comfortable working outdoors and on ladders
Reliable transportation
Strong communication skills
