What You'll Do
Communicate with customers and staff in a friendly and professional manner
Provide advice on parts compatibility, availability, and installation
Process orders, returns, and special requests with accuracy and efficiency
Maintain organized inventory and restock shelves as needed
Collaborate with service technicians to ensure timely parts delivery for repairs
Keep up with the latest powersports trends, models, and accessories
REQUIREMENTS
Prior experience in parts counter or retail environment (powersports or automotive preferred)
People focused and unwavering commitment to deliver great customer service
Knowledge of motorcyles, ATVs, UTVs, and related components
Strong organizational and time management skills
Professional appearance and strong work ethic
Proficient with computer skills is preferred
