Commercial Real Estate Paralegal
with lender‑side experience to support attorneys on sophisticated financings, acquisitions, dispositions, and development deals.
What You’ll Do:
Draft and manage closing checklists, UCC filings, organizational documents, and closing binders
Coordinate with lenders, borrowers, title companies & opposing counsel
Manage closing logistics and electronic closing rooms
Maintain case files and assist with post‑closing tasks
What You Bring:
Bachelor’s degree and/or Paralegal Certificate
3–5+ years
commercial real estate paralegal experience
Strong understanding of transaction docs, UCC filings, title/survey review
Proficiency with MS Office and document management platforms
Bonus:
Multi‑property or multi‑lender experience
Knowledge of NY commercial real estate law
Experience with e‑signature platforms
