
A leading global law firm with a strong presence across major U.S. markets is seeking an experienced Real Estate Paralegal to join its Hospitality & Leisure practice. What You’ll Do:
Conduct and coordinate comprehensive due diligence, including review of title commitments, surveys, zoning reports and related documents
Assist with preparation and review of conveyance and closing documents
Manage all aspects of commercial real estate closings, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings and debt/equity transactions
Prepare and file UCC financing statements; order and evaluate UCC, lien and litigation searches
Coordinate signature packages, closing checklists, recordings and closing books
Support entity formation, maintenance and related filings
Prepare and review organizational documents, resolutions and officer certificates
Conduct routine legal research and handle associated filings
Liaise directly with clients and external parties to facilitate transactions
Who You Are:
Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree, or Paralegal Certificate with equivalent experience
5+ years of real estate experience, preferably in a law firm, in-house legal department or title company
Strong title and survey proficiency with experience in complex transactions
Hospitality sector experience is a plus
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
Able to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines under pressure
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a client-service mindset
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, document management systems, PDF tools and timekeeping software
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively across teams
