Open Opportunities Leasing Consultant Be the welcoming face of the community! As a Leasing Consultant, you’ll guide prospective residents through their apartment search, support lease signings and renewals, and help create an exceptional living experience.
Starting at $20.00/hour
(based on experience) ✔ Monthly leasing commissions ✔ Quarterly renewal bonuses
Service (Maintenance) Team Member Keep our communities running smoothly! In this role, you’ll perform repairs, preventative maintenance, and emergency response while ensuring our buildings remain safe, comfortable, and well‑maintained.
$22.00 – $40.00/hour
(based on experience) ✔ Quarterly renewal bonuses ✔ Monday–Friday schedule with rotating Saturdays & on‑call coverage

What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent
Customer service, sales, hospitality, or maintenance experience (role dependent)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A positive attitude and desire to grow
Preferred Qualities
Detail Oriented: Capable of carrying out a given task with all details necessary to get the task done well
Team Player: Works well as a member of a group
Self‑Starter: Inspired to perform without outside help
Important Note for Leasing Candidates Leasing applicants will complete a
35‑minute pre‑employment assessment
as part of the application process. Completion is required to move forward.
