As a
Senior Digital Experience Analyst , you will be the detective of the digital journey. Your role will be pivotal in uncovering the reasons behind user behaviors on our platforms. By utilizing high-fidelity session replay and behavioral data, you will identify friction points, validate hypotheses, and provide actionable insights that our Product, Merchandising, and Engineering teams need to enhance our online shopping experience. Key Responsibilities: Utilize modern digital experience analytics (DXA), specifically Quantum Metric, to observe user behavior, identify technical friction, and measure its impact on conversions. Transform complex session metrics and behavioral datasets into engaging narratives that help teams identify hidden pain points, streamline debugging, and validate design choices to improve user onboarding and conversion rates. Respond to inquiries from various business partners for both ad hoc requests and regular reporting. Leverage findings to drive A/B testing hypotheses and evaluate the impact of site changes on conversion and user engagement. Collaborate cross-functionally with Strategy, Product, UX, Engineering, and Marketing teams to ensure insights lead to actionable improvements. Monitor data quality and session health to ensure our analytics tools accurately capture the customer journey. Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in digital experience analytics for e-commerce across web and mobile platforms. Solid understanding of the digital user journey, including multi-session behaviors and on-page engagement metrics. Familiarity with DXA tools like Quantum Metric, FullStory, ContentSquare, LogRocket, Glassbox, Tableau, Qualtrics, and others, with a willingness to deepen your expertise. Basic knowledge of data visualization techniques and SQL, along with experience in Google Analytics for data analysis, reporting, and optimization. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and storytelling skills to translate insights into business impact. Strong communication and collaboration abilities to influence across various functions and levels. Meticulous attention to detail, highly organized, and able to meet deadlines. Self-motivated and proactive, thriving in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Compensation and Benefits: Starting pay is determined by various factors, including relevant experience and location.
