About the Team:
The Design team is dedicated to marketing and digital conversion optimization. Our focus is on improving the purchasing journey across web platforms to enhance user satisfaction. Utilizing data-driven strategies, we aim to maximize revenue growth by refining our web conversion funnels.
Responsibilities:
Identify user pain points and translate them into product requirements.
Conduct basic user research with guidance from senior colleagues.
Articulate design reasoning and thought processes effectively.
Show how your designs meet user needs and align with business objectives.
Adhere to quality processes while collaborating to balance pace and prioritize tasks, following established patterns and visual guidelines.
Consider the broader Zoom ecosystem in design thinking.
What We Are Looking For: Proficient in user research methodologies, including qualitative methods.
Strong understanding of interaction design principles for effective digital experiences.
Knowledge of design system architecture and component documentation.
Experience working collaboratively with Engineers and Product Managers, with a basic understanding of both front-end and back-end development.
User-focused mindset with a clear understanding of diverse user personas.
Able to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines while employing problem-solving skills.
Outstanding attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality outcomes.
Adaptable and resilient in fast-paced, evolving environments.
Salary Range: Minimum: $87,600.00 Maximum: $186,000.00 We also offer a comprehensive Total Direct Compensation plan that includes base salary, bonuses, and equity. Starting salary will vary based on qualifications and experience. Anticipated Closing Date:
