
Patient Access & Reimbursement Marketing Manager (US - Remote)

Role Summary
Lead strategy, development, and deployment of medical benefit copay programs to address affordability hurdles and enable patients to start prescribed treatments quickly. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive program performance and continuous improvements. Location: US – Remote.
Responsibilities
Manage copay programs for assigned medical benefit brands
Support strategy development and execution for medical benefit copay initiatives
Day-to-day collaboration with copay vendor through meetings, reporting, and communications
Partner cross-functionally with Field Reimbursement Specialists (FRS), Patient Access & Reimbursement Marketing, Legal, Technology Team, Compliance, and Hub Services
Provide data analysis that drives program performance and consistent program improvements, while managing KPI and dashboard metrics
Champion continuous improvement and innovation within the medical benefit copay programsTriage and resolve copay related escalations from customers and field teams
Oversee and track budgets for select medical benefit copay brands
Manage MAC submissions related to medical benefit co-pay program materials and communications
Qualifications
Required: Doctorate degree
Required: Master’s degree and 2 years of marketing, patient access, patient reimbursement experience
Required: Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of marketing, patient access, patient reimbursement experience
Required: Associate’s degree and 10 years of marketing, patient access, patient reimbursement experience
Required: High school diploma / GED and 12 years of marketing, patient access, patient reimbursement experience
Skills
Experience in reimbursement and patient support service (PSP) programs OR medical benefit field sales experience
Ability to manage strategic projects
Ability to thrive in a cross functional environment
Strong leadership and ability to drive influence across collaborators to set direction, align work efforts, and ensure a seamless process
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including listening and presentation skills
Strong organizational skills - to set targets, track to achievements and complete projects
Strong project management skills, lead and run projects from concept to completion in a matrix and, at times, ambiguous environment
Thrives in evolving environments, adapting quickly to new systems, processes, and business needs
