What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Grow the employer's business with key distribution partners in the assigned geography
Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with key accounts and executives
Identify and manage new sales and conversion opportunities in the channel
Build relationships with stakeholders to increase sales and communicate local and national promotions
Manage contracts and RFQs while coordinating training and events for distributor personnel
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
Two (2) years of sales experience in the electrical construction industry in a private, public, government, or military environment
Current, valid driver’s license is required
Experience in sales or marketing, with a minimum of two (2) years in the field
Proven ability to communicate cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience selling products in the Greater Atlanta, Georgia market
Minimum four (4) years of distribution sales/marketing and/or management experience
Proficiency in analytics, fact-based selling, and category management
Solid negotiating and selling skills with experience influencing strategic accounts
Aptitude for understanding multiple product lines and managing marketing channels within distribution
