Role Summary
Territory Manager – Atlanta East GA Neuroscience leads complex brand strategies across the Alzheimer’s disease portfolio. You will create urgency for patient care in neurology, primary care, and healthcare systems, and collaborate across Medical, Payer, and Field Reimbursement teams to influence care pathways. You will identify referral networks and drive efficient detection, diagnosis, and treatment journeys. The role emphasizes data-driven execution and ensuring safe infusion experiences for patients.
Responsibilities
Develop a strong understanding of customer/practice dynamics, priorities, stakeholders, and goals for the brand target patient

Educate customers on the target patient, efficacy, safety, and overall treatment experience
Leverage account management skills to understand patient, product, and monetary flows when a patient is referred for advanced AD diagnostic testing or an infusion
Determine needs, expectations, and pain points for HCPs, patients, and care settings in local territory
Deliver leading business results through execution excellence, business ownership, and technology to accelerate reach and scale
Significant account management and sales experience
Successfully promote the full portfolio across multiple specialties and healthcare systems
Fully optimize a data-driven approach and other technologies to accelerate reach and scale, meet customer needs, and drive business results through execution excellence
Support positive infusion and infusion monitoring experiences by ensuring all stakeholders are trained and equipped to infuse our products safely and effectively
Help build a healthy Alzheimer’s disease care ecosystem by identifying and influencing formal and informal referral networks across different stakeholders and health systems
Drive consistent ways of working within the regional healthcare market to meet customers’ needs
Qualifications
Required: Bachelor’s degree
Required: Professional certification or license required to perform in this position if required by a specific state
Required: Valid US driver’s license and acceptable driving record
Required: Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; Lilly will not sponsor work authorization or visas
Preferred: Strong preference for those with at least three years of experience in a field facing role or three years of relevant experience (e.g., institutional healthcare account management)
Preferred: Live inside geography or within 30 miles of geography boundaries; relocation not required
Preferred: Proficiency in local dialects
Preferred: Proven and consistent top performance over time in account-based selling
Preferred: Alzheimer’s disease, Diagnostics, Neuroscience/Neurology, or related experience
Preferred: Clinical background in Alzheimer’s Disease or the diagnostics space
Preferred: Ability to comprehend and explain complex clinical studies
Preferred: Buy and Bill experience
Preferred: Experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with the ability to synthesize the complex and to create and execute effective action plans
Preferred: Strong business analytics and strategic thinking skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity
