We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to provide Tier 1 phone support in a high-volume contact center environment. This role focuses on assisting customers with product inquiries, warranty support, parts lookup, and general issue resolution. This position is fully onsite in Johnston, IA and requires availability to work any 8-hour shift within the support window. This is a contingent position and is not expected to convert to full-time. $18.78/hour (fixed rate) $1,000 retention bonus at 6 months $1,000 completion bonus at end of assignment Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer calls Assist with warranty registration and coverage inquiries Provide out-of-warranty support options Research parts and publications Document all customer interactions accurately Training

6 weeks total training 2–4 weeks on-the-job training 3–4 months to reach full productivity Requirements

6+ months customer service or support experience Strong verbal and written communication skills Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills Proficient with Microsoft Office Able to work onsite 5 days per week Preferred

Knowledge of agriculture equipment, turf products (mowers), or utility vehicles Dealer channel or technical support experience
