Data Entry Clerk

Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company systems and spreadsheets Review documents for errors, missing information, and inconsistencies Organize and upload documents into digital filing systems Assist with preparing reports, summaries, and data audits Maintain confidentiality and follow data security best practices Communicate with internal teams to verify information when needed Perform general administrative tasks as assigned Qualifications High attention to detail and strong typing accuracy Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and general computer applications Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills Minimum one year data entry or administrative experience preferred but not required
