$80.00 to $90.00/hr. W2 Responsibilities: Manage and prioritize the Core HR squad backlog to ensure timely delivery of enhancements, bug fixes, and features.

Track progress against project goals and key deliverables.

Collaborate with the permanent Product Owner to align on strategic plans and stakeholder needs while leading tactical execution.

Act as the voice of the customer and business to coordinate dependencies across HR, IT, and cross-functional product teams.

Facilitate cross-team collaboration to keep deliverables on track and clarify requirements.

Maintain alignment on squad priorities and ensure transparency with stakeholders.

Adhere to agile practices, participate in sprint ceremonies, and support squad performance feedback.

Support Core HR delivery areas, including the deployment of bank account data and processes across approximately twenty countries.

Collaborate on organizational setup value changes aligned with ongoing Finance transformation initiatives.

Experience Requirements: Experience with time tracking is essential.

A demonstrated ability to integrate into an existing team and deliver quickly.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple workstreams effectively.

Solid understanding of Workday and HR processes, including Core HR, Absence, and Mobility.

Experience managing technical and functional stakeholders across HR and IT.

Ability to leverage data and customer feedback to prioritize and assess work.

Comfort in dealing with ambiguity and capability to adapt to changing requirements.
