Job Description This is a dynamic customer-focused position within Oracle Product Development's Cloud Center of Excellence (CoE). We are seeking a

hands-on technical leader

who will engage directly with customers and implementation partners to guide them on their journey to Oracle Cloud SCM. This role blends technical expertise with customer engagement responsibilities, allowing you to work closely with Oracle Product Development, Product Management, Customer Success, Global Support, and executive stakeholders to drive

Redwood adoption, extensibility, and successful SCM implementations . Must have hands-on

expertise in

Oracle Cloud SCM , including technology areas, integrations, and configurations. Responsibilities We require a minimum of 5+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud SCM, showcasing proven hands-on delivery experience across Redwood UX, extensibility, configuration, and lifecycle management.

This is a hands-on role; candidates lacking the necessary experience need not apply. Desired Skills / Qualifications: Strong hands-on experience

with

Redwood UX extensibility

features, including Business Rules for defaulting and validation, using advanced expressions to meet complex needs. Experience with Fusion SCM

extensibility and configuration, covering flexfields, page composer, app composer, and transaction design. Proven expertise

in

configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization

of SCM application behaviors, alerts, workflows, and business processes. Hands-on experience

with

application lifecycle management , including import/export of configurations and deployment of VBS code changes. Strong experience

with data integration and data movement tools, such as FBDI, REST APIs, and ATOM feeds. Hands-on expertise

in

analytics and reporting , including OTBI, FDI, BICC, and SQL tuning. Good understanding

of

security concepts

in Oracle Fusion applications. Functional expertise

in Cloud SCM areas like Manufacturing, Maintenance, Inventory, Planning, Procurement, and related modules. Experience in a

customer-facing, delivery-focused role

working directly with customers and implementation partners. Excellent communication skills for delivering technical guidance and enablement sessions both virtually and in person. Key Duties & Accountabilities Work directly with customers and implementation partners to support Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud implementations and promote ongoing adoption. Provide hands-on technical expertise throughout Cloud SCM implementations. Lead and support

Redwood adoption

by designing, configuring, and troubleshooting extensibility with Visual Builder Studio (VBS). Support

application deployment and lifecycle management , enhancing governance of changes. Assist customers with data integrations using FBDI, REST APIs, BICC, and related technologies. Collaborate

extensively with Product Development, Product Management, Global Support, and Customer Success teams to effectively address customer issues. Deliver solution-oriented guidance, technical reviews, and

best-practice

recommendations. Engage in customer workshops, technical enablement sessions, and implementation reviews. Contribute to reusable assets, documentation, and best practices to promote SCM and Redwood adoption. Nice to Have Experience with instance management and environment configuration management. Familiarity with Oracle Cloud monitoring or observability tools. Range and benefit information provided here is for the stated locations only. US: Hiring Range in USD from: $82,500 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
