Job Description Become a part of Oracle's Product Development Cloud Center of Excellence (CoE) as a Cloud Solutions Specialist. In this important role, you'll assist customers and implementation partners in their transition to Oracle Cloud SCM. We are seeking a

hands-on technical expert

with deep knowledge and experience who will work directly with customers to ensure their success with Oracle Cloud SCM. This position combines technical expertise with exceptional customer service skills. You will collaborate with multiple teams including Product Development, Product Management, Customer Success, Global Support, and executive stakeholders to drive

Redwood adoption, extensibility, and successful SCM implementations . Hands-on knowledge

in

Oracle Cloud SCM , covering technology, integrations, configurations, and architecture. Responsibilities The ideal candidate will have at least 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud SCM, focusing on Redwood UX, extensibility, configuration, and lifecycle management.

This role is practical and hands-on; please apply only if you meet the necessary experience and implementation qualifications. Desired Skills / Qualifications: Strong experience with

Redwood UX extensibility

features such as Business Rules, defaulting, validation, and advanced expressions for complex problem-solving.

Proficient in

Fusion SCM extensibility and configuration , including flexfields, page composer, app composer, and transaction design.

Expertise in

configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization

of SCM applications, alerts, workflows, and business processes.

Hands-on mastery of

application lifecycle management , focusing on importing/exporting configurations and deploying VBS code changes.

Experience with

data integration and data movement tools

such as FBDI, REST APIs, and ATOM feeds.

Proficient in

analytics and reporting

tools including OTBI, FDI, BICC, and SQL tuning.

Solid understanding of

security concepts

in Oracle Fusion applications, including roles, privileges, and access control.

Functional expertise in key Cloud SCM areas including Manufacturing, Maintenance, and Planning.

Demonstrated experience in a

customer-facing, delivery-focused role .

Excellent communication skills for delivering technical guidance and enabling sessions both virtually and in-person.

Key Duties & Accountabilities Engage directly with customers and implementation partners to facilitate Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud implementations and support ongoing adoption.

Provide hands-on technical expertise during Cloud SCM implementations.

Lead efforts for

Redwood adoption

by designing, configuring, and troubleshooting extensibility requirements using Visual Builder Studio (VBS), Business Rules, and related technologies.

Support

application deployment and lifecycle management , ensuring smooth import/export of configurations and promoting changes across various environments.

Assist customers with data integration processes, employing tools such as FBDI, REST APIs, BICC, and FDI.

Collaborate

with Product Development, Customer Success, and other teams to effectively address customer issues.

Deliver solution-oriented guidance and best-practice recommendations to customers and partners.

Participate actively in customer workshops and implementation reviews to ensure alignment with best practices.

Contribute to developing reusable assets and documentation to foster broader SCM and Redwood adoption.

Nice to Have Familiarity with instance management,

P2T/T2T , and environment configuration management.

Experience with Oracle Cloud monitoring or observability tools.

US hiring range is $82,500 to $199,500 per annum, with potential eligibility for bonuses and equity.
