Required:
Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in
Juno Beach, FL
(required);
Experience in software development, AI/ML, or related roles (3+ years);
Experience with Salesforce platform (development, configuration, or administration);
Experience with Python, R, or similar languages for AI/ML development;
Experience with machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and statistical modeling;
Experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn);
Experience with Salesforce development tools (Apex, LWC, SOQL, REST/SOAP APIs);
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field
Preferred:
Experience with Salesforce Einstein Analytics, Einstein Prediction Builder, or Einstein Bots;
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and AI services;
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for AI/ML deployments;
Experience with NLP, computer vision, or other specialized AI domains;
Agile/Scrum methodology experience;
Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, AI Specialist)
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI solutions to address specific business challenges.
Build and optimize data pipelines for model training, testing, and deployment.
Implement AI/ML integrations with Salesforce and other enterprise platforms to enhance operations.
Work with cross-functional teams, including Data Engineers and Architects, to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Support model monitoring, performance tuning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Support generative AI projects and explore emerging AI technologies.
Mentor junior team members and share technical knowledge across the team.
