Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented

Real Estate Analyst

to support the organization’s real estate portfolio across acquisitions, leasing, renewals, dispositions, and site development initiatives. This role provides analytical and transactional support for site selection, market analysis, lease negotiation, and documentation management while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and data integrity within the lease administration system. The position partners closely with Finance to support budgeting, lease accounting, forecasting, and occupancy cost management, including rent, CAM, taxes, and operating expenses. Responsibilities also include coordinating relocations, openings, closures, and build-outs, maintaining transaction tracking reports, and ensuring landlord and vendor compliance to support strategic and operational objectives.

Support the organization’s real estate operations, including the buying, selling, leasing, and disposition of properties across the portfolio.

Provide research and analytical support for location planning, site selection, market analysis, building or land acquisition, leasing, and property disposition initiatives.

Review, draft, negotiate, and administer leases, renewals, amendments, and related transaction documentation, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.

Prepare, maintain, and manage all real estate transaction documentation and lease records within the lease administration database, ensuring data integrity and proper recordkeeping.

Maintain status reports and tracking tools for property negotiations, renewals, expirations, relocations, openings, and closures to inform management decision-making.

Coordinate facility relocations, new site openings, closures, and build-outs, including assisting with contractor sourcing and project support.

Partner with Finance to support lease accounting, budgeting, accruals, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Forecast, analyze, and manage lease-related costs, including rent, CAM, real estate taxes, insurance, utilities, and other occupancy expenses, identifying trends, escalations, risks, and savings opportunities.

Ensure compliance with lease obligations by reviewing CAM, tax, and operating expense reconciliations, resolving landlord disputes, and confirming timely and accurate payments.

Review vendor, contractor, and utility contracts and invoices to ensure compliance with terms, scope of work, timelines, and cost controls.

Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications

Required Education And/or Experience

High school diploma or GED equivalent, required

Preferred Education And/or Experience

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university

3 years’ experience in lease administration, property management, and project management required.

Physical Demands

Ability to lift and carry office equipment when needed

Ability to read small print on screens and documents, requiring close vision

Ability to sit, stand, walk, talk, and listen for extended periods
