Our community is a close-knit group of remarkable individuals driven by intellectual inquiry, a commitment to social justice, and a shared dedication to making a difference in the world.**Requirements****Job Overview**The Assistant Director, Women’s Center and Cultural Centers is a term position for the period of November 2025 through November 2026 in order to provide administrative, logistical, and programmatic guidance and support for the Women’s Center and the Cultural Centers during a period of staff transition. This position is the primary point of contact for the Women’s Center, responding to inquiries and coordinating responses to requests and collaborative proposals. This position provides leadership, guidance, and supervision to the Women’s Center student staff members.

This position generates ideas for programming, seeks input from the Women’s Center student staff team, and provides a structure for planning and implementation.

This position provides general support to the Office of Student Equity and Inclusion team which includes professional and student staff in the Disability Cultural Center, the LGBTQ Resource Center, and the Center for Multicultural Equity and Access.

This includes planning and implementing weekly social events, overseeing student staff at the front desk, coordinating and ordering supplies, managing suite maintenance requests and follow up, and other administrative and logistical work. **Work Interactions**This position reports to the Associate Vice President, Student Affairs and supervises student employees of the Women’s Center.

When the Senior Director, Student Formation is hired, this position will report to the Senior Director.

This position also has a collaborative role in supporting the work of the Cultural Centers, including the Disability Cultural Center and the LGTBQ Resource Center.

This position collaborates with the Center for Multicultural Equity and Access in the functions that result from sharing space and resources in the OSEI New South office suite. This position has significant interaction with students, student groups, and alumni.**Requirements and Qualifications**This position requires a Master’s degree in a related field and 3-5 years related experience as a higher education administrator or working with gender equity programs.**Work Mode Designation**This position has been designated as On-Campus.
