Role Summary The Ig Strategy, Insights and Ideation role will be responsible for supporting the strategic recommendations and analytical assessments governing the Ig Portfolio and future growth opportunities. The Ig portfolio, part of the Specialty Business Unit, generates approximately $800M in annual revenue. The role will play a critical role in managing cross-functional teams including Finance, PGS, Buyer Decision Support, and Customer Facing Analytics, and will be responsible for making key recommendations on the current portfolio as well as future product considerations based on internal and external data including performance, market trends, customer preferences, pricing strategy and chargebacks. It will also support engagement with an external licensing partner, including managing purchases and working with PGS on supply. The role will be responsible for evaluating and assessing new opportunities for growth in the IG BU and building an automated CI engine to deliver critical strategic insights to drive cross-functional strategy and tactics.

Responsibilities

Support and Partnership Management: Provide ongoing support for Octapharma, including reporting, supply alignment, pricing, and volume management for Ig supply. Maintain strong relationships with external license partners and collaborate with internal teams such as Finance and PGS to ensure accurate supply forecasts and business execution.

Opportunity Identification and Portfolio Growth: Drive the identification and assessment of new growth opportunities that align with the IG BU strategy

Strategic Analysis and Business Case Development: Lead the development of strategic insights, financial analysis, forecasting, and competitive intelligence to inform the portfolio direction and build robust business case development for new products.

Cross-Functional Leadership and Execution: Lead and support cross-functional teams (including Finance, PGS, Buyer Decision Support, and Customer Facing Analytics) to ensure sound executional plans in alignment with the Portfolio Lead.

Data-Driven Decision Making: Coordinate and analyze data from diverse sources (IQVIA Laad, Specialty Pharmacy Data, Payer and Reimbursement data, etc.) to inform strategy, pricing analysis, and recommendations, including ASP forecasting. Build dashboards and drive the CI engine to deliver critical strategic insights and track KPIs.

Qualifications

8 years of broad pharmaceutical experience (commercial finance, strategy, business development, portfolio strategy)

Strong strategic skills, with the ability to translate insights into strategic direction

Hands-on experience leading financial valuation, forecasting, managing supply, business proposal and/or other related projects required

Strong knowledge of the US Healthcare Market is required but Experience with Specialty Infusion Pharmacies is a plus

Experience interfacing with external / internal partners

Strong track record in digital and AI applications

Strong organization and communication skills with a demonstrated track record of working with and influencing people and multidisciplinary teams in a complex environment

Deep analytical expertise including leveraging data sources, identifying, and applying analytical tools assessing competitive performance, market trends and pricing analysis

Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint Mastery

Candidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact

Education

Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent Master’s-level education preferred

Additional Requirements

Approximately 20% domestic travel for internal and/or customer meetings
