Task Description Please note that although the role is open fully remotely, the person needs to be hired in either New Jersey, New York, Florida, Wisconsin, North Carolina, Kansas, Pennsylvania, California, Massachusetts, Maryland, Rhode Island, or Texas. We don't have the capacity to hire in other states – this is a must.

Responsibilities You have to gauge the market, identify, approach and onboard new customers for specific products and services (Enterprise) in North America. You prepare and provide commercial proposals and coordinate the end‑to‑end implementation of the customer. You will need to collaborate with the Key account management team, Product management, Marketing, Sales operations & Service delivery teams.

The goal is to grow that specific segment or product, with the account managers taking over the relationship once the customer is fully onboard.

You promote and sell BICS international IoT solutions to create BICS’ leading position in the Enterprise market as the preferred provider of Global IoT services

You optimize and retain BICS’ existing IoT business throughout the assigned customer base

You establish partnerships with key players in each of the Enterprise verticals that will promote and/or resell BICS IoT solutions

You act as the main interface with assigned prospects, partners and customers and interact with their respective organization

You coordinate the operational end‑to‑end implementation of contracts in order to ensure their fulfilment and facilitate the delivery

You interact with various internal departments such as legal, finance, product management and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction during pre and post sales activities

Feed BICS with changes in market, regulatory, and technology changes with regards to assigned markets

Your Profile

You have a bachelor degree or a minimum experience of 5 to 8 years in a business or sales function

You have an excellent understanding of the international ICT and Enterprise Markets within North America

You are acquainted with IoT products and solutions

You have excellent negotiation and sales skills

You have a strong customer orientation and drive for results

You are a great communicator and presenter

You will be based in North America and are willing to travel

You are fluent in English.
