The Marketing Assistant is responsible for supporting the Marketing Team, helping with all aspects of marketing efforts for the firm with a special focus on marketing operations. Based on the experience of the candidate, this role could be filled at the Coordinator level.

Duties/Responsibilities

Assists with the execution of marketing strategies and projects, with a focus on marketing operations, working cohesively with team members and attorneys to ensure efficient support and superior client service.

Supports the development and production of error‑free email content, collateral materials, including brochures, advertisements, and web and social media content.

Undertakes daily administrative tasks, including invoicing, vendor communications, inventory, mailbox hygiene and file organization, to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities.

Supports efforts to report on ROI and KPIs across a spectrum of traditional metrics, including event engagement and team operational efficiencies and effectiveness.

Collaborates with OPICs and the Marketing Team on Office Visibility to support marketing and visibility activities for all offices, including fulfillment and tracking of deliverables, such as logo, advertisements, and promo items; and timely processing of invoice payments.

Maintains and updates the firm’s CRM system, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with data integrity standards. Acts as a data steward by monitoring list quality, resolving discrepancies, and applying best practices for data hygiene. Familiarity with InterAction or similar CRM platforms is preferred.

Perform other marketing-related responsibilities and projects assigned.

Experience

Must be digitally savvy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with social media, specifically LinkedIn, Facebook, and X (Twitter).

Experience with marketing applications—graphic design software, specifically the Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva; CRM, such as InterAction and Nexl; and email applications, like Constant Contact, Mail Chimp, and Swoogo— is a plus.
