Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of clients and build strong relationships with them to understand their travel preferences and needs
Research and book all-inclusive vacations, including flights, accommodations, and activities, based on clients' budget and preferences
Provide expert advice and recommendations on all-inclusive resorts and destinations
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new developments in the all-inclusive vacation market
Handle all aspects of the booking process, including invoicing, payments, and documentation
Handle any customer service issues or concerns that may arise during the booking process or while clients are on their vacation
Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and exceptional experience for our clients
Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to overall company growth
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years experience as a Travel Consultant, preferably with a focus on all-inclusive vacations
Strong knowledge of the all-inclusive vacation market, including popular destinations, resorts, and packages
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and manage a portfolio of clients
Proficient in using travel booking systems and tools
Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Passion for travel and a willingness to learn and adapt to new destinations and resorts
Availability to work full-time, with some flexibility for evening and weekend hours as needed
