Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Remote Travel Consultant to join our team. As a Remote Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for creating and booking luxury cruise packages for our clients. This is a full-time, remote position with the flexibility to work from anywhere in the United States.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and recommend the best cruise packages for clients based on their preferences and budget
Communicate with clients via phone, email, and video conferencing to understand their travel needs and provide exceptional customer service
Build and maintain relationships with cruise lines and suppliers to negotiate the best rates and amenities for our clients
Stay up-to-date on the latest cruise trends, promotions, and itineraries
Process payments and manage bookings through our travel booking system
Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and enjoyable travel experience for clients
Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a travel consultant, preferably with a focus on cruises
Extensive knowledge of the cruise industry, including different cruise lines, ships, and destinations
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Proficiency in travel booking systems and Microsoft Office
Passion for travel and a desire to create unforgettable experiences for clients
Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, to accommodate clients' needs
Location: This is a remote position, but the company is based in Miami, FL. Candidates must be located in the United States.
