Responsibilities

Lead marketing execution for new store openings across multiple brands and locations Build and execute opening marketing plans including offers, launch campaigns, local promotions, and activation tactics Write and finalize copy for opening campaigns, promotional offers, email communications, signage, and customer-facing materials Coordinate and produce core marketing collateral including menus, flyers, in-store signage, direct mail, and promotional assets Manage opening timelines and marketing checklists to ensure launch readiness Partner closely with Operations and store leadership to align marketing plans with operational reality Coordinate grand opening activations, community events, and traffic-driving promotions Develop and execute local store marketing programs and neighborhood outreach efforts Requirements

Experience: 3–5+ years in marketing execution, retail/restaurant marketing, field marketing, or opening/activation marketing roles; multi-unit experience strongly preferred Education: Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred but not required with relevant experience
