We are seeking driven, customer-focused professionals with a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience who want a structured, transparent compensation plan and a competitive environment.

Why Our Pay Plan Is Different In today’s market, front-end gross is compressed. When you are paid strictly on gross, income becomes unpredictable and stressful.

Our compensation plan rewards production, consistency, and customer experience — not fluctuating front-end margins.
Compensation – Transparent & Performance-Based $3,000 Monthly Draw paid as Salary Provides stability. Commissions and bonuses are paid once draw is exceeded. No income cap.

What That Means Average pay per vehicle is north of $500 per unit.
12 vehicles = ~$6,000+ per month
15 vehicles = $8,000–$9,000+
20 vehicles = $10,000+
Top producers earn more. There is no ceiling.
If you can consistently sell 12–15 vehicles per month and feel limited by gross compression at your current store, this structure provides a more predictable and controllable income model.

Deliver high-quality vehicle demonstrations
Follow up to drive referrals and repeat business
Maintain a competitive, positive attitude
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years customer service experience required
Automotive sales experience preferred
Strong communication skills
Professional appearance
Available evenings and weekends
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Must pass background check and drug screening
