Role Overview The Account Manager is responsible for the daily execution and maintenance of social media accounts. This role focuses heavily on content creation, publishing, engagement, and reporting, ensuring all platforms are active, up to date, and aligned with existing brand guidelines.

This position is hands‑on and requires someone who actively manages the accounts daily, keeps the content calendar on track so everything is posted as planned, monitors engagement by reviewing and responding to comments and messages, and continuously creates new content for approval so all responsibilities and deliverables are consistently executed.

Hybrid, Office Location: Morristown, NJ.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience with social media content creation and publishing

Strong proficiency in Canva

Strong experience with LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook

Strong visual judgment and an aesthetic eye for layout, composition, and on‑brand content

Portfolio or examples demonstrating high‑quality, visually cohesive social content

Strong copywriting skills for social captions, posts, and platform‑specific messaging

Tech‑savvy and able to learn new tools and platforms quickly

Preferred experience with Monday.com and Asana

Experience following and executing content calendars

Familiarity with managing multiple social media platforms simultaneously

Strong attention to detail and organization

Comfortable working with metrics and performance data

Key Responsibilities Content Creation

Create on‑brand social media content using Canva (strong proficiency required)

Adapt existing brand copy and visual guidelines into consistent social content

Ensure all content meets quality and brand standards before publishing

Content Calendar & Publishing

Follow and execute the approved content calendar

Schedule and publish content daily across multiple platforms

Ensure posts go live on time and are formatted correctly per platform

Daily Account Management & Engagement

Check all assigned social media accounts daily

Monitor comments, messages, and engagement

Flag and report any issues, questions, or incidents to the Director of Digital Marketing and/or HR

Maintain a professional and consistent brand presence across platforms

Platform Management

Stay organized and ensure all accounts remain active and current

Report any platform issues, access problems, or irregular activity

Reporting & Performance Tracking

Track basic performance metrics (engagement, reach, impressions, follower growth)Assist with weekly and monthly reporting

Share insights or notable trends with the Director of Digital Marketing

Salary range:

$70,000 – $80,000 , depending on experience and qualifications.
