
What you’ll do
Proactively meet, greet and assist every customer in the showroom/forecourt.
Sell across their full range daily
Plan and prioritise prospecting and follow-ups to achieve and exceed targets
Use Auxo software to prepare quotes, track leads, and follow up professionally (including government quotes)
Product and process excellence Maintain up-to-date product knowledge, pricing and new arrivals
Direct warranty queries to the Sales Manager/General Manager for approval
Complete the full sales process: quoting, invoicing, HP documentation, and on-time submission to admin the same day
Ensure accurate stock and deposit records (serials, customer details, delivery dates) daily in the system
Stock, delivery and presentation Assist the Sales Manager with stock planning using sales trends, market conditions and customer feedback
Ensure sold floor stock is promptly replaced by the Assembly Team
Keep the showroom, yard and desks immaculate; wipe-downs, dusting, vacuum, sweeping and bins emptied daily; recycle where possible
Ensure vehicles are clean, attractively displayed and clearly ticketed
What you’ll bring Proven retail or yard sales success; automotive/whiteware/outdoor equipment experience is a plus
Confident communicator who builds trust quickly and closes deals professionally
Strong follow-up discipline and mastery of quoting
Detail-focused with excellent paperwork accuracy
High standards of showroom/vehicle presentation and personal organisation
Product-curious, target-driven, and resilient under pressure
Full driver’s licence required
