Role Overview The Graphic Designer is responsible for executing production-ready graphic design and packaging assets across multiple product lines and retail partners. This role owns assigned projects from concept through final production, ensuring brand consistency, quality, and compliance while collaborating cross-functionally with Design, Sales, Product Development, and Sourcing teams. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, trend-aware, and comfortable managing multiple SKUs in a fast-paced environment.

Prepare files for print, including dielines, color corrections, bleeds, and spot colors

Execute production-ready artwork for retail packaging, displays, inserts, and e-commerce assets

Organize and manage digital assets, ensuring files are accurate, labeled, and archived properly

Assist with mockups, presentations, and concept boards for line reviews and buyer meetings

Manage assigned design projects from concept through final production with minimal supervision

Maintain and apply RMS design systems, workflows, and production standards

Ensure all artwork meets quality, safety, and compliance standards

Maintain brand consistency across multiple product lines, SKUs, and retailers

Organize, label, archive, and manage digital assets with accuracy and consistency

Assist with mockups, presentations, concept boards, and buyer-facing assets for line reviews

Translate creative direction into effective, on-brand packaging and graphic solutions

Collaborate cross-functionally with Art Directors, peers, Sales, Product Development, and Sourcing

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards

Prepare accurate production files and oversee revisions through final approval

Participate in creative reviews, offering ideas, solutions, and constructive feedback

Analyze competitive packaging and identify whitespace opportunities

Demonstrate professionalism, accountability, proactive communication, and adaptability

Support Junior Designers through mentorship, guidance, and collaboration

Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field

1–2 years of relevant role or industry experience

Required Skills & Capabilities Design & Creative Execution

Strong ability to concept and execute retail-ready packaging from start to finish

Advanced understanding of packaging hierarchy, shelf impact, and consumer behavior

Confident typography, color, and layout decisions across multiple SKUs

Ability to elevate existing brands while maintaining consistency

Strong awareness of current and emerging design and retail trends

Ability to balance trend-forward design with commercial viability

Technical & Production Expertise

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite

Expertise in print-ready packaging files, including bleeds, dielines, and spot colors

Ability to manage and adapt complex dielines and packaging structures

Solid understanding of prepress, print production, and vendor requirements

Familiarity with international packaging and multi-language layouts

Ability to independently manage multiple projects and SKUs simultaneously

Strong organizational skills and file management practices

Ability to meet fast-paced deadlines without sacrificing quality

Confident in receiving and implementing cross-functional feedback

Clear communication of design rationale and creative decisions

Participation in concept reviews and internal presentations
