The Role As our
Field Marketing Manager , you will be the architect and executor of our presence at industry events, conferences, and field activations. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role where you will own our event strategy end-to-end—identifying the right opportunities, designing compelling experiences, and generating qualified pipeline for our sales team.
You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Product Marketing, and leadership to ensure every event we attend drives measurable business outcomes. This is a role for a creative, data-driven marketer who thrives on execution and can see the direct impact of their work on the company’s growth.
What You’ll Do
Own and execute the end-to-end event strategy for conferences, trade shows, and field activations in the financial services and compliance space.
Manage all event logistics, including booth design and setup, vendor coordination, staffing plans, and shipping.
Plan and execute hosted events such as executive dinners, happy hours, and roundtable discussions to build relationships with key prospects and customers.
Partner with Sales to develop pre-event outreach and post-event follow-up strategies that maximize pipeline generation from every event.
Build and manage the field marketing budget, tracking spend against pipeline and ROI targets.
Collaborate with the Product Marketing team to create compelling event collateral, presentations, and demo materials.
Report on event performance with clear metrics, sharing insights and recommendations to continuously improve our strategy.
What We’re Looking For Must-Haves
3-5 years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or demand generation, ideally in a B2B SaaS or technology company.
Proven experience managing complex event logistics end-to-end, from planning through execution and post-event analysis.
A strong track record of generating measurable pipeline from events and field programs.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, particularly with sales teams.
Willingness to travel 30-40% of the time for events.
Bonus Points
Experience marketing to the financial services, compliance, or RegTech industry.
Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies.
A background in a high-growth startup environment.
