Summary We are seeking a results-driven

Commercial Business Development Manager

to lead market expansion across the Duluth, Minnesota area. This role is central to growing our commercial footprint within property management, facilities operations, asset management, and related enterprise sectors. As a trusted advisor, you will cultivate long-term relationships with key decision-makers, drive strategic referrals, and position our restoration services as an essential partner in their risk mitigation and recovery planning. Responsibilities

Develop and expand commercial relationships across the Duluth market, targeting property managers, facility directors, asset managers, and enterprise stakeholders

Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of referral opportunities through trusted partnerships and proactive outreach

Represent the organization with professionalism and integrity within the local business community

Collaborate closely with operations to ensure seamless handoff from sales to service delivery

Track and report on pipeline activity, conversion rates, and key performance metrics

Requirements

Proven track record of selling into commercial or enterprise-level clients

Demonstrated success in service-based, B2B, or industrial sales environments

Experience in restoration, construction, property management, or related industries is a strong advantage

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive presence

Self-motivated with the ability to manage a territory independently and execute with discipline

Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the Duluth market and surrounding areas
