Overview We are representing a well-established restoration organization seeking a

Commercial Business Development Manager

to drive growth throughout the Minneapolis / St. Paul market.

This is a relationship-driven, commercially focused sales role targeting decision-makers across property management, facilities, asset management, and other commercial verticals. The role requires a professional capable of building long-term referral relationships and generating sustained revenue growth.

This is not a transactional sales role and not a residential-focused position. The right candidate understands long sales cycles, consultative selling, and how to position a service-based organization as a trusted partner.

Success in this role is measured by consistent revenue production, depth of commercial relationships, and strategic market penetration.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and grow commercial relationships throughout the Minneapolis / St. Paul market

Target property managers, facility directors, asset managers, and commercial stakeholders

Build referral pipelines that generate recurring restoration opportunities

Represent the organization professionally within the community

Coordinate with operations to ensure seamless transition from sale to execution

Maintain visibility of pipeline activity and performance metrics

Identify strategic vertical opportunities for expansion

Requirements Required Experience & Background

Documented success selling into a commercial vertical

Stable tenure and proven performance history

Experience in a service-based industry preferred

Restoration industry experience is a plus

Strong communication and executive presence

Ability to operate independently and manage territory effectively

Uncapped commission structure
