Commercial Sales Coordinator

earning

$60K–$100K annually

to serve as the first point of contact for inbound and outbound sales opportunities while managing the front end of the commercial sales funnel. This role focuses on

answering calls, qualifying prospects, asking strategic questions, and scheduling appointments

for Sales Representatives— not selling roofing systems or closing deals.

Position Overview Pay Range Clear Path to $100k annually!

Compensation Breakdown

Hourly Rate: $18 - $24 Per Hour

Commissions: Top earners can expect $10k to $25k of commission on average

Annual Range: $60K - $100K Annually!

Schedule

Full-Time

Monday - Friday

Position Requirements

Comfortable making and receiving calls throughout the day

Organized, detail-oriented, and professional

Able to ask good questions and actively listen

Basic computer and CRM skills

Prior inside sales or customer service experience is a plus

On-site, office-based position

Standard business hours

Position Responsibilities What This Role Does - In plain terms, this role:

Answers incoming sales calls and web inquiries

Makes outbound calls to existing customers and new prospects

Asks the right questions to understand needs, timing, and urgency

Determines whether an opportunity is a good fit

Schedules appointments for Sales Representatives

Key Responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to inbound calls, forms, and emails

Make outbound calls to existing customers, past customers, and prospects

Qualify leads by gathering basic information such as property type, roofing concerns, timeline, and decision-makers

Clearly explain next steps in the sales process

Schedule and confirm appointments

Accurately log calls, notes, and outcomes in the CRM

Follow up on leads not ready to schedule

Represent the company professionally at all times

What This Role Does Not

Perform roof inspections

Prepare estimates or proposals

Provide technical roofing solutions

This role supports the sales team by ensuring they spend their time on qualified, scheduled appointments
