About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President of Underwriting to lead and support underwriting efforts across various investment verticals, including development, acquisitions, and structured finance. The successful candidate will be responsible for team leadership, quality control, and direct transaction underwriting. This role requires a strong knowledge of underwriting principles, a proven track record in underwriting complex real estate transactions, and advanced financial modeling skills. The VP of Underwriting will also be expected to foster cross-functional collaboration, particularly with business development, transactions, legal, finance, and asset management teams, to ensure that underwriting aligns with execution requirements.
Applicants for the Vice President of Underwriting position at the company should possess a Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, real estate, or a related field, with a Master’s degree preferred.
