About the Role

The Company is in search of a Regional Vice President of Sales with a focus on travel services. The successful candidate will be a seasoned leader with a proven track record in driving enterprise-level corporate travel and technology solutions. This senior role is pivotal in accelerating regional growth, expanding market share, and building a high-performing sales organization. Key responsibilities include owning new business development, strategic account expansion, and overall regional revenue performance. The role demands a leader with deep knowledge of corporate travel operations, travel technology, and supplier ecosystems, as well as strong executive presence and experience in C-suite engagement.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in strategic sales planning, channel development, and pipeline management, and will be responsible for recruiting and leading a team of senior sales directors. Financial acumen in pricing, contract negotiation, and ROI analysis is essential. The Regional VP of Sales will be expected to drive regional revenue growth, support global bid development, and strengthen relationships with mid-market to global accounts. The role also requires the ability to travel as needed to support clients and team performance. A background in closing complex, high-value service travel management services is a key differentiator for this position.
