Director of Imaging About the Company Respected provider of top-quality services Industry Consumer Services Type Privately Held About the Role The Company is seeking an Interim Director of Imaging to provide both strategic and operational leadership across three imaging departments. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing imaging services at the assigned locations, managing staffing and resource utilization, ensuring regulatory compliance, and working to improve the patient experience. Collaboration with physicians and providers to reduce delays and the ability to troubleshoot operational challenges across all imaging modalities are also key aspects of the role. This interim position requires a hands-on leader with a strong background in imaging, capable of overseeing full-scope radiology services, optimizing workflows, and supporting staff development. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, patient-focused, and adept at fostering strong communication with both providers and patients. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a Master's degree preferred, and the candidate must have active state licensure, with ARRT or other relevant imaging certification being a plus. A minimum of five years of progressive imaging leadership experience, particularly in multi-site operations and physician collaboration, is essential. The role demands a professional who can adapt quickly to changing needs and is available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance.
