The Company is seeking an Executive Director to lead its historic home and urban manufacturing incubator. The successful candidate will be an entrepreneurial and community-minded leader, responsible for shaping the organization's future, expanding programs, and deepening neighborhood and civic relationships. Key responsibilities include strategic and creative leadership, driving growth through new revenue opportunities, and overseeing curatorial direction to maintain the institution's role as a cultural and historic anchor. The Executive Director will also be the chief connector, working with local makers, small businesses, and cultural partners to advance the vision of an equitable and community-driven cultural institution.
