About the Role
The Company is seeking an SVP for Ticket Sales, Premium, and Revenue Operations to join their team. The successful candidate will be a senior leader in the project revenue team, with a primary focus on ticketing strategy and revenue growth. This role is pivotal in executing strategies to enhance season tickets, groups, premium hospitality, and various sales verticals. The SVP will be responsible for sales strategy, performance, and channel development, and will work closely with marketing, content, development, and partnerships to create new revenue streams and foster customer loyalty. Key responsibilities include leading forecasting, reporting, and go-to-market strategy, as well as developing a high-performing sales culture centered on acquisition, retention, and long-term value creation.
Applicants for the SVP position should have a proven track record in senior commercial leadership, with at least 6 years of management experience and 12-15 years in ticketing, revenue management, sales ops, or live events. The role requires a leader with a strong background in building and scaling sales organizations, excellent skills in negotiation and closing complex partnerships, and a deep understanding of pricing strategy, demand forecasting, and inventory management. The ideal candidate will have experience in integrating various commercial strategies and a history of launching new products or monetization models.
