Overview
Latonya Reeves for U.S. Congress campaign in Minnesota's 5th district is seeking a Finance Director to implement the overall campaign fundraising plan.
Responsibilities
- Implement the overall campaign fundraising plan
- Manage candidate donor outreach call time
- Supervise three fundraising assistants
- Conduct donor research and targeting, and prepare donor call sheets
- Coordinate follow‑up on potential pledges
- Build and manage the executive finance committee
- Set up fundraising events in the district, the state, and nationally
- Organize house party fundraisers
- Build and manage donor lists using the campaign’s online donor CRM
- Perform other fundraising activities as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science or a related field
- 3–5 years of top‑level fundraising experience
- Highly organized, detail oriented, with excellent interpersonal and computer skills
- Knowledge of NGPVAN VoteBuilder, NGPVAN8, Campaign Deputy, ActBlue, and Mobilize
- Experience placing social media ads on Facebook, X, TikTok, etc., and developing graphics is a plus
Compensation
$5,000.00 to $8,000.00 per month depending on experience.
