Job Description

Acts as a leadership resource for management and team to achieve specific organizational goals and accountabilities, reviewing data and creating action plans for positive outcomes. Communicates and collaborates with other departments and programs to ensure innovative, high-quality, effective, and efficient care delivery. Manages adult hospitalist, neuro-hospitalist, and skilled nursing facility service lines. Leads potential expansion of accountable service lines across the region or division. Ensures compliance with regulatory agencies, CMS regulations, and other accrediting bodies. Prepares, executes, and monitors operating budgets to ensure appropriate staffing, professional development, and quality of service. Develops and implements initiatives, processes, and systems that align with organizational strategies and goals. Other duties as assigned. Creates an effective working environment by fostering communication, professional development, and quality, while maintaining positive relations with employees, physicians, patients, and the community. Develops and implements communication plans to drive organizational goals and initiatives. Formulates and updates organizational policies relevant to the area of responsibility. Participates in and leads various committees as assigned. Ensures high-quality care and excellent customer service, implementing necessary improvements.

Pay Range

$110,702.15 - $205,911.28
