Looking for an experienced Home Hospice RN for a Director Role - responsible for: Hospice RNs, LPNs, Social Workers, Intake Coordinators and more We offer physical, emotional, and spiritual support for all our patients and their loving family members in hospice care. Supportive work environment with team approach to all of our care! This Director of Hospice must have an active and clear MN RN License as well as at least one recent year of home hospice experience.
