will work directly with residential customers to introduce AT&T’s products and services in a way that is approachable and easy to understand. As an Outdoor Sales Team Member, you’ll be part of a direct sales and marketing team that values consistency, accountability, and positive customer interactions.
What you'll be responsible for as an Outdoor Sales Team Member:
Directly interact with customers through in-person sales and outreach solutions to build trust and foster long-term relationships. Present AT&T professionally in community settings and explain benefits accurately while focusing on customer satisfaction and retention. As an Outdoor Sales Team Member, you’ll recommend AT&T’s wireless services and products, and answer any questions with confidence and transparency to guide customers in the decision-making process. Accurately complete customer sign-ups, documentation, and records in line with company standards. You’ll engage in training sessions alongside other Outdoor Sales Team Members to improve communication skills, sales techniques, and product knowledge. Support daily AT&T campaign operations to increase sales and enhance the customer experience. Collaborate with fellow Outdoor Sales Team Members to meet performance and sales goals and share best practices.
