will support sales goals and campaign efforts by collaborating with fellow Junior Account Managers, focusing on customer satisfaction, and prioritizing ultimate customer retention. What your daily responsibilities look like as a Junior Account Manager:

Engage with customers to offer AT&T’s wireless services and products that fit their needs Handle in-person sales in community settings, while offering tailored solutions and fostering customer relationships Be knowledgeable and up to date on AT&T’s packages and offers, guiding customers to make an informed decision Problem-solve and troubleshoot customer accounts and devices to ensure a smooth enrollment process Collaborate with and support Junior Account Manager team members on sales and retention processes Participate in continuous training and development programs to grow into the Junior Account Manager role Assist growth and sales efforts by identifying improvement areas to meet sales goals
