Sales Manager – Minimum 2 years’ experience managing at least 10 designers in a closet company and proven track record of training and developing 5+ designers required. Strong consultative sales knowledge and proficiency with technology essential.

About the position: The Sales Manager will drive significant growth within the first 12 months by training and holding new designers accountable to meet close rates in the Southeast Florida market. After the initial growth phase, the Sales Manager will continue to expand the Southeast market and build out the company’s Southwest Florida sales team. This role is ideal for someone experienced in closet sales management who is driven to rapidly grow and lead a sales organization.

Responsibilities:

Interviewing and hiring new salespeople

Training and developing the sales team

Holding salespeople accountable to targets

Assisting salespeople in completing sales

Updating product offerings and price structure

Optimizing the company’s training program

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years’ experience managing a team of at least 10 designers in a closet company

Experience in training and developing at least 5 designers

Deep understanding of consultative sales techniques

High drive for growth

Strong intelligence and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in technology and quick adaptability to new tools

Highly organized, meticulous, and detail-oriented

Compensation:

Uncapped Bonus: Potential to earn $100K or more
