What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Hire, train, and develop team members to align with company values and business objectives

Manage and motivate the sales team by correlating performance expectations to business goals

Build and maintain relationships with customer executives to identify expansion opportunities

Collaborate with local Value-Added Resellers and participate in mutual marketing events

Conduct biweekly meetings with Solution Engineers and Customer Success teams to assess account status

What is Required (Qualifications):

Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's in Business Administration or Certified Information Systems Security Professional certification preferred

Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise software sales and team management

Proven track record in cultivating and closing enterprise software agreements with Fortune 1000 companies

Strong negotiation skills and ability to engage with Fortune 500 C‑Suite executives

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong organizational and planning abilities

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience working with top Global Systems Integrators

Sales engineering, programming, or technical implementation/support experience

Ability to travel 30-40% of the time
