What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Hire, train, and develop team members to align with company values and business objectives
Manage and motivate the sales team, setting performance expectations that correlate with business goals
Build executive relationships with customers to drive program expansion and execute negotiations
Collaborate with local Value-Added Resellers and conduct joint marketing events
Participate in quarterly reviews with key partners and assess account statuses with Solution Engineers
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, or a Master of Business Administration
Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise software sales and team management in the region
Proven track record of cultivating and closing enterprise software agreements with Fortune 1000 companies
Strong negotiation skills and experience engaging with C‑Suite executives
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for internal and external interactions
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience working with top Global Systems Integrators
Sales engineering, programming, or technical implementation/support experience
Certified Information Systems Security Professional certification
