Outside Sales & Service Representative
to sell work truck bodies, equipment, and accessories; identify potential leads, educate prospects, manage orders, and provide customers with exceptional service and support. This full-time position will work
Monday - Friday
from
7:00 AM - 4:00 PM,
with occasional overnight trips as required.

DAY-TO-DAY AS AN OUTSIDE SALES & SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE This position is responsible for commercial truck equipment sales to dealers, end users, and municipalities, as well as acting as a mobile service technician for minor on-site repair and service.
General Responsibilities
Complete scheduled/cold call prospecting activities.
Utilize the company's Customer Resource Management System (CRM) on a daily basis, scheduling and documenting activities, and developing prospective customer profiles.
Identify leads, manage prospects and acquire new business.
Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of Knapheide's Products, services, and pricing structure.
Deliver quotes to customers as required.
Prepare and deliver sales proposals/presentations.
Acquire required documentation for new accounts.
Ability to diagnose and fix minor repairs on Knapheide's product.
