Outside Sales Representative – Steel Industry (TN / AR / KY)
We’re hiring an experienced
Outside Sales Representative
to cover
Tennessee and Arkansas primarily , with limited responsibility in
Kentucky . This is a great opportunity for a true
road warrior
who thrives on face-to-face selling.
Territory:
TN, AR, KY
(must live in territory)
Travel:
Tuesday–Friday , primarily by car
Mileage reimbursed at
$0.725/mile
Hotels, meals, and customer entertainment covered
Base salary + commission
(commensurate with experience)
What You’ll Do
Manage and grow customer relationships across a multi-state territory
Identify and develop new business opportunities
Represent a specialized
steel client
Work independently while collaborating with internal teams
What We’re Looking For
Outside B2B sales experience ( steel industry preferred )
Knowledge of the
TN / AR / KY market
Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business or Marketing)
Comfortable with frequent travel and territory management
Training
Onboarding program covering products, processes, and operations
